Jia Strings Tea Set

Some say life is short, some think life drags on. We don’t know how long we have here, but we should know how important our health is to our existence here. I was raised to incorporate whole wellness as a regular part of life, rather than an isolated thing to focus on when something breaks. Here is a running list of the regular snacks, desserts and treats we eat for pleasure and wellness:
