Chun Shui Tang is one of the two Taiwan tea brands that claimed to have invented tapioca pearls in tea (aka. boba). In Taiwan, you can find Chun Shui Tang tea houses in many locations. This particular location is a convenient spot in Taipei for my travels in the Shinkong Mitsukoshi mall. I highly recommend their popular Tie Kuan Yin
