We had an absolutely amazing tour and overnight stay here. I highly recommend the overnight tour if you can do it, especially with friends. We also did the dinner package and we were so glad we did.

After our tour, we checked into our rooms and relaxed. Having a room there allowed us to wander the grounds nearby and revisit some of the animals (the lemurs are so amusing). We got to enjoy some snacks at their snack outpost, and then we headed over for dinner where the dishes were impressively good. In addition, they had a nice coffee, juice and tea bar open for guests until 9pm. Later in the evening, they had a s’more roasting fire and the kids just loved it.

All in all a great experience, and I highly recommend it for families and friends to experience it together, with your overnight stay.

One tip: bring a lantern to hang in the shower, because some rooms have showers far away from the single lightbulb in the bathroom and you’d be showering in the dark. My trusty lantern is a Luci and it’s been endlessly complimented and useful. (https://mpowerd.com/)
