Tong Sui Desserts

These are different from the classic Hong Kong tong sui’s of old, but a different spin that is actually lighter and healthier. 

These are made with with coconut and seaweed (agar). They have a very fine jello-like consistency, but much softer than jello. Since it’s made from seaweed, it makes you feel full and satisfied without plumping you up. So if you are a big dessert person but want to watch your waist size, this is an amazing dessert. Smooth taste, flavorful and guilt-free. I have treated many family members to this dessert and the Asian elders (who at first balk thinking back to the sugary sweetness of classic Hong Kong tong sui desserts) who adore this version of the tong sui. 

Highly recommended. Another plus, is that it comes in a glass jar, so you don’t need to worry about hot desserts being poured/cooled in plastic ware. 

If you return 10 glass jars, you get one Signature dessert for free. 

However, I am not a fan of their drinks. I tried some and it was disappointing. Stick with the actual tong sui desserts instead.
